U-VSt Kraspan (U-shaped vertical steel)
Advantages of the vertical U-shaped subsystem U-VSt Kraspan:
- -Metal consumption – the configuration of the profiles and brackets of the system allows to reduce the metal consumption, the cost of elements by 25-30% and maintain the strength characteristics.
- -For the production of the U-shaped subsystem, high-quality galvanized steel is used with a galvanizing layer of at least 18 microns (corresponds to GOST 14918-80) and a protective paint coating. The thickness of the steel used for the brackets is 1.2 mm, the thickness of the steel for the profile is 0.8 mm.
- -Reducing the load on the building envelope and foundations is provided by the constructive solution of the U-shaped subsystem.
- -High resistance to dynamic impacts is ensured by the flexibility of the system, which is confirmed by the results of seismic tests, TsNIIISK im. V.A. Kucherenko (up to 9 points on the MSK-64 scale).
- -The absence of torque in the support part of the U-brackets increases their load-bearing capacity and reduces the pull-out force of the anchor fastener.
- -The structural strength is ensured by the U-shape of the bracket itself, as well as the U-shape of the profile with four stiffeners. When the system is installed, a box-like connection is formed, which is also effective under torsional loading.
- -Improved strength characteristics allow you to increase the pitch of the brackets.
Wall curvature correction is achieved by using U-brackets of various sizes (50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm). It is possible to precisely adjust the length of the bracket without additional cutting of the bracket.
