MAV-SHIN LLC was founded in 2006 as a construction company providing quality services in the field of construction. Currently, the company employs experienced and highly qualified specialists and craftsmen.
A competent combination of quality construction, comfort and accessibility is of paramount importance for the company. MAV-SHIN LLC implements long-term professional projects for its regular partners, as well as implements the construction wishes of individual customers, creating innovative and interesting works.
Stages of company development
The company was established by father and son, with father bringing his long-life experience in construction field and the son taking the management of the company.
The company introduced a new technology: ventilated façade coating works with natural stones. This technology is developed by the company and is their patented intellectual property. The company implemented its first big project – façade coating for The Alexander, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Yerevan.
The company launched production of ventilated façade profiles. This allowed the company to reduce the volume of imported accessories.
The company started participating in construction-related trade shows in Armenia to present its locally produced profiles for ventilated façade coating. The company started cooperation with a number of local construction firms, supplying them with these profiles.
The Government of Armenia adopted a decree, according to which all newly constructed buildings higher than five floors require to be coated by ventilated façade. As a result, the company acquired a number of large and more substantial projects.
The company’s activity slowed down as a number of large firms started importing ventilated façade and the competition grew substantially in the market.
The company started recovering and growing, as the import of ventilated façade coatings (mainly organized from Russia) slowed down due to the military actions in the country.

LLC "MAV-SHIN" is one of the few in the country that performs not so popular, but quite modern FACADE SYSTEMS WITH VENTILATION AIR SPACE, as well as works such as "Floating floor", "Raised floor". Facing works of this type can be carried out at any time of the year, and are also carried out relatively faster, which allows save a little time.
The activities of the construction company LLC "MAV-SHIN" are licensed by the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Armenia.
